Producing a video series about home dialysis with heart

Let's face it... people injecting giant needles into their arms for life-saving dialysis doesn't appeal to many viewers. We helped produce a different kind of story for Roche about people getting on with their life thanks to home dialysis.

My role was to interview the talent, plan the overall concept, story board and work with a camera/editor to produce the series. It involved arranging an interstate shoot, and filming at a local hospital.

This video is a great example of my ability to make people feel at ease on camera and find the story within a story. There is a lovely moment which I captured about finding a place for the dialysis machine on the boat, which really highlights this.
