ABOUT ADAM SPARKE

I love to write and tell stories. 

There's a power in words and art that when you tap into it, it can change even the most stubborn of minds. Great content makes people feel. It makes them stop and think, to consider something outside of their current experience and explore.

I've had more than 20 years of experience in helping brands and businesses tell stories. My background is in PR, communications, social media and video production. I've worked both at agencies and in-house, across Australia and Indonesia. I've run teams across Asia-Pacific and developed content for a range of international and Australian audiences.

I'm based in Newcastle (Mulubinba), Australia and am ready to help you wherever you are, to create stronger connections with your customers through engaging content.

Some of my career highlights include: 

• Developing content for more than 100+ webpages for one of Australia's largest ASX-listed agribusinesses

• Redesigning the international student prospectus for the University of Newcastle in 2021

• Managing the comms for Vivid Sydney, Australia's largest public event in 2018 

• Running Zeno Indonesia, a highly successful agency team of 30 in Jakarta and doubling the business in 3 years

• Spearheading the market entry and consumer marketing approach for Wuling Motors in Indonesia

• Developing the concept and script for a video of a unique fundraiser for the Sydney Opera House

Outside of work, I love languages and to travel to see and learn from other cultures. I speak Portuguese and a little Bahasa Indonesia. Otherwise, you can find me cooking up a storm in the kitchen, listening to or making music, engaged in a Netflix binge or playing Assassin's Creed.
