Launching Indonesia's first Fanfest for YouTube

After winning the YouTube business through a competitive pitch which I led, my team developed a media program to launch Indonesia's first YouTube Fanfest program, including a star-studded media launch as well as a launch event for fans at Gandaria City. Our strategy: empower the stars to help create content to promote the first event. We engaged with popular creators Edho Zell and Skinny Indonesian 24 to help us get the word out. Of course, the event was sold out and has now become a popular annual event in Jakarta's calendar.
